La Femme University Inc. is a Canadian corporation offering online educational programmes for women across nine life pillars: Mindset, Relationships, Women's Health, Appearance, Home & Environment, Financial Literacy, Online Income, Fitness, and Nutrition & Cooking.
Our programmes are delivered by independent credentialed creators and subject-matter experts ("Faculty"). LFU curates and hosts this content but Faculty members are independent contractors, not employees of LFU.

Enrolment & Access
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to your purchased programme(s) in accordance with the access terms confirmed at checkout. Unless otherwise specified:
- Programme access is for your personal, non-commercial use only
- Access is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other person
- LFU reserves the right to modify, update, or remove programme content at any time
- Access to a programme does not guarantee any specific outcome or result
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize LFU to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
Programme pricing is provided to you directly during the enrolment process. Prices are subject to change and any such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our programmes, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We encourage you to review programme details carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LFU platform — including videos, written materials, graphics, worksheets, and programme structure — is owned by La Femme University Inc. or its Faculty under license to LFU.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any LFU content without prior written permission
- You may not record, screenshot, or capture programme content for distribution
- Unauthorised use of LFU content may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action
User Conduct
By using the LFU platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to access any part of the platform beyond your purchased access level
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with LFU
LFU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, La Femme University Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or its content.
LFU's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ontario law.
If you are located outside of Canada, you agree that Ontario law governs these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
